LANGHORNE, PA - The men's basketball team struggled on the road Saturday afternoon, getting pounced by Lancaster Bible College 94-50 in the team's final outing before the Christmas break.
The Chargers had four players score in double figures on the night and held PBU to 20.0 percent shooting during the opening stanza in a win that marks Lancaster's biggest of the season.
For the second straight contest, the Crimson Eagles were hindered with 30-plus turnovers, a mark that led to 32 points for their counterpart. The Chargers blistered PBU with 50.0 percent shooting for the afternoon as 13 of 14 players found the scoring column for LBC.
The Chargers would roll out to a 48-19 halftime advantage and would generate a 46-31 margin throughout the back end of play.
PBU was led by senior Ben Fuller's nine points and eight rebounds, while Willie Miller added eight points and four boards in 36 minutes of action.
The Crimson Eagles will take nearly a month long break from game action before returning to the court on January 7th. PBU will take on Tennessee Temple on the road in Chattanooga at 7:00 pm.
