Cairn University Athletics

Shea Scott is in his second year as the Head Coach of Cairn Men's Volleyball, taking over the program in October 2023. 

Scott led the Highlanders to his second postseason appearance in 2024 as the third overall seed in the tournament, coming to a finish in the conference semifinal round as they went 6-2 in conference play with an 11-9 overall record

In his first season, the Highlanders went 5-1 in conference play, reaching the conference championship for the fourth-straight season as they competed in the United East for the first time. The program delivered three All-Conference performers in Joe Poirer, Sam Poirier, and Josh Adler.

Scott took over the coaching staff after his playing career within the Cairn Men's Volleyball program for 4 years. His accolades as a player include being a 2-time Colonial States Athletic Conference Champion, Runner-Up, Most Improved Player in 2022, and was named a team captain his senior season.
