Ben Fuller begins his 4th year as both the men's and women's head volleyball coach for the 2014-15 season.

In his first season in charge of the women's team, Fuller helped the Highlanders reach the CSAC playoffs for the fifth straight season. Since joining the CSAC, Cairn has never failed to reach the playoffs in women's volleyball. In addition, the Highlanders have won the NCCAA East Region Championship three times under Coach Fuller (2011, 2012, 2013).

Coach Fuller is a former Highlander himself, as from 2006-09, Fuller was able to become one of the most prolific outside hitters in program history. An effective player on both sides of the net, Fuller hit 890 kills during his four year career while amassing 911 total digs.

The two-time North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Second Team member served as a captain during his senior campaign and was selected as the recipient for the David C. Unger Award, an honor presented annually to the student-athlete who has contributed the most to the Cairn athletic program through service, faithfulness, and spirit.

Joining the volleyball coaching ranks post-graduation, Fuller has served in a variety of capacities, including work as both a coach and camp director within Push the Rock ministries based in Emmaus, PA. During the fall of 2010 he spent time with the Neshaminy High School girl’s volleyball program, serving as both the head junior varsity coach as well as an assistant with the varsity team. Additionally, Fuller became involved with Delta Volleyball Club in January of 2011, working as the head girl’s volleyball coach with the 18-year old and under squad.

In addition to his volleyball exploits, Fuller was a three year member of the men’s basketball program at Cairn. He made 32 starts throughout his hoops career while scoring 430 points and snagging 212 boards.

Fuller currently resides in Langhorne, PA with his wife, Katie.
