Isabella Palladino joins the Cairn Men's & Women's Cross Country coaching staff as an assistant coach for the 2023 season.
Prior to joining the staff, Palladino ran on the Cairn Women's Cross Country team from 2019-2022, a two-year team captain and member of the 2019 and 2022 Colonial States Athletic Conference Championship runner-up teams as well as the Cairn Winter/Spring Race Series winner in 2021. Palladino was also named All-Conference Second Team in 2021 and 2022, receiving the All-Conference Sportsmanship award in 2022 as well as the Highlander Award in 2021 and team MVP in 2022. She was also a Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative for the 2021-22 academic year.Â
Palladino graduated from Cairn in 2022 with a bachelors degree in History and is working towards a masters degree in Teaching from Eastern University - Templeton Honors College.
