Bryan Spears join the Cairn women's basketball staff prior to the 2014-15 season.

Bryan believes that how one approaches sports can reflect their character in everyday life. Bryan’s own character has been shaped by his coaches, such as Walt Zamroz, and would like to leverage his relationship to develop future the character of his players. 

Following his four year college basketball career (Pensacola Christian College ’08-’09 & Clearwater Christian College ’09-’12), Bryan has sought to use this sport develop young people around the world participating & leading clinics in India, Slovakia, England, and the Philippines.

Most recently he was able to assist MBK Victoria as an assistant to their U15 team in Žilina, Slovakia; where they won the 2016 Slovak  championship. 

Bryan currently resides in Royersford Pa, but would like to eventually relocate internationally to continue developing students through basketball.
