A longtime member of the Highlanders golf program, Dave Hill continues his duties as the program's Head Golf coach. Completing his third season at the helm, Hill led the Highlanders to a 7th place finish in the Colonial States Athletic Conference.
In 2013 The Highlanders finished eighth in the CSAC. Cairn shot a team season low 351 in the Rutgers-Camden Spring Invitational that year. In 2012 Hill led Cairn to a 5th place finish in the CSAC and saw the Highlanders post a season low 328 during the Alvernia Invitational.

In his one year as an assistant in 2010-11, Hill was a part of one of the most dominant campaigns in the program’s eight-year history. In fact, that year’s team averaged the lowest four-player scoring average of all-time (329), with each golfer carding their lowest career round at some point during the season. Hill also helped pilot the team to a second place showing at the CSAC Championship, signaling the group’s most impressive finish ever during a title round.
Prior to trading in his clubs to join the coaching ranks, Hill enjoyed a successful playing career as a staple of the program throughout a four year stretch that began in 2006. He was an integral part of the 2008-09 group that shattered several Cairn records, with perhaps none more remarkable than the collective 315 the team buried at Broad Run Golf Club late in the year, a mark that continues to stand as the top Cairn score of all-time.
A participant in 30 official rounds within Cairn's top-five, Hill wrapped up his career with a 93.2 average during match play, including a personal best 87.5 mark during his junior campaign. He cracked the 80-barrier for the first time during his final year with the team, ripping off a team-low 79 at the York College Spring Invitational.
Hill completed a Business Administration degree at Cairn University, officially graduating in the spring of 2011. He is employed full time by The Estate Planners Group and resides in Washington Crossing, PA.
