Following a four-year playing career on the links for PBU, Dave Hill will begin a new role this season on the Crimson Eagle golf team, trading in his clubs to start his first year as an assistant coach with the squad.
A staple of the program from the spring of '06 to the fall of '10, Hill helped lead the team to new heights during his tenure as a player. He was an integral part of the '08-'09 squad that recorded the lowest collective average throughout a season in school history when the group finished the year with a 331 average.
Having participated in 30 official rounds within PBU's top-five, Hill wrapped up his career with a 93.2 average during match play, including a personal best 87.5 mark during his junior campaign. He cracked the 80-barrier for the first time during his final year with the team, ripping off a team-low 79 at the York College Spring Invitational.
Hill is in the process of wrapping up a business degree at PBU and currently resides in Langhorne.
