LANGHORNE, PA – Cairn Women's Volleyball successfully defended the Mason Activity Center for the twelfth time this season, sweeping the Ravens of Rosemont in three sets on Tuesday night.
Rosemont (1-15 / 1-5 UNITED EAST) kept the pace slow for the Highlanders through the opening points, taking a 6-4 lead in the opening set before sophomore outside hitter
Bridget Dahn (Smithsburg, MD / Heritage Academy) took the serve for Cairn (12-3 / 5-0 UNITED EAST), adding an ace with two kills from senior outside hitter
Caroline Conrad (Bangkok, Thailand / International Community School) to get momentum running their way. Surrendering only three points from that time forward, Conrad led the charge with seven kills in the set as graduate setter
Olivia Zepp (Westminster, MD / Francis Scott Key) added three aces, winning 25-9.

Payton Cline (Falling Waters, WV / Heritage Academy) took the serve, collecting three aces with sophomore middle
Georgianna Thorpe's (Southampton, PA / William Tennent) five kills in the frame, helping Cairn to finish on a 24-3 run to win the second set 25-6.
Set three was more of the same as Rosemont was once again held to only six points on the set. Conrad added six more kills in the period while freshman defensive specialist

Delaney Hollenbeck (Kingsley, PA / Lackawanna College) each had three aces, finishing off the Ravens 25-6.
Conrad finished with a game-high 15 kills and 17 points, adding an ace and solo block, on .682% hitting. Thorpe ended with seven kills and a solo block as well. As a squad, the Highlanders recorded 17 aces with four each coming from the hands of Cline & Hollenbeck.
Cairn will host their final non-conference match on Thursday night as the Gothic Knights of New Jersey City University come to Langhorne for both
