LANGHORNE, PA- After a big win against the Centenary Cyclones over the weekend, the Highlanders came out a bit sluggish, dropping a non-conference matchup to the Penn State Berks Nittany Lions last night.
 
The Highlanders, playing without senior stalwart Payton Emerick, struggled to contend with the high-powered attack of the Nittany Lions. Cairn's Dakota Hitchner chipped in across the board with 17 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists, while Aigner Bookard and Tori Stum also finished in double-figures; but the Highlanders simply could not muster the necessary firepower to overcome PSU-Berks in front of their home crowd.
 
The Highlanders will travel to Cedar Crest College Wednesday in another huge CSAC matchup Wednesday night. Tipoff is set for 7:00 PM.
