LANGHORNE, PA- The Highlanders concluded their season on a beautiful Monday afternoon, hosting the Nittany Lions of Penn State Abington University in an out-of-conference matchup.

Showing the effects of an incredibly grueling late season schedule, the Highlanders fell to a strong PSU-Abington team 0-9 in this afternoon's match. Charlotte Camp played excellent tennis for the Highlanders, taking 5 games with Katelyn Loveless in doubles play, and winning 8 in singles play. Despite the Highlanders late season loss, Cairn can happily look forward to next season as the Highlanders won five of their last seven matches in large part thanks to the play of their excellent freshmen. While the Highlanders will miss out on the excellent doubles play of Katelyn Loveless, Cairn returns the rest of their roster for the 2019 season.

With continued growth over the offseason, look for the Highlanders to cause some problems in the CSAC next year.
