Langhorne, PA – Cairn women's volleyball finished out the 2015 season with a 3-0 loss to Penn State Abington on Friday evening. The Nittany Lions with scores of 25-10, 25-12, 25-12, and 26 total kills.
 
Whitney Seidel led the Highlanders with five kills, followed by Haley Sheehan with four. Seidel rounded out a season of 78 kills, 17 aces, and 16 total blocks.
 
Breanna Blair collected eight assists, while Kylie McCann led the team in digs with 11. Blair finished the season with 134 assists for the Highlanders in her junior season.
 
Sam Amaro led the Nittany Lions in kills with seven, while Maddi Richards had eight aces for Abington. Jessica Laychock had 11 assists and Sam Amaro led the team in digs with 16.
 
With the loss, Cairn finished the season 0-21 overall and 0-11 in the CSAC. Penn State Abington improved to 8-19 overall with the win.
