LA PLUME, PA - The Women's Tennis team earned their second conference and second overall win, by defeating the host Giants by a score of 7-1.

All of Cairn's players won their matches.  Keystone's two wins came by default from the number six singles spot and number three double spot, as Cairn only traveled with five players this afternoon.

Rebecca Graber continued her impressive streak of winning her fifth straight game at the number singles spot defeating her opponent 6-0, 6-0.

Sara Keating won in the number two singles spot 6-2, 6-4 which was good for her first singles win of the season.  Lauren Shidel took her match in the third singles spot 6-3, 6-1.  Natalie Livingston won in fourth singles 6-0, 6-1.  Sarah Breyer picked up another singles win in the fifth spot defeating her counterpart 6-1, 6-1.

The doubles team of Graber and Livingston took care of Keystone's first doubles team by a score of 8-1; with Keating and Shidel winning in the second doubles spot by a score of 8-0.

Sara Keating had this to say about the team's performance on the day.  "We started off down by a two game default.  At every position on the team girls performed like we've been taught all season.  It was so rewarding to see everyone's game coming together, physically, emotionally, and mentally.  I am so happy with our performance and we are definitely looking forward to taking this momentum to our next match."  

Cairn improves to 2-8 (2-4 CSAC) on the season and will have a quick turn around as they are back in action tomorrow afternoon for Homecoming as they will host Rosemont at 4:00 pm.  The game time has been moved back from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm to try and avoid inclement weather.
