Box Score Langhorne, PA - Arcadia University shot better than 50% on Monday night against the Highlanders of Cairn University, leading to a 88-35 victory.

Five different players finished in double-digits for the Knights, with Samantha Caligiuri claiming a game-high 20 points.

Sophomore Amie Eppolito had a team-high 13 points for Cairn, shooting 5-for-11 from the field. Fellow sophomore Emily Tambussi went the full 40 minutes and finished tied for a game-high eleven rebounds. She knocked down six points.

Brigid Shehan and Elizabeth Joy Hartzler each tallied eight points for the Crimson.

Arcadia shot 23-for-38 in the opening half for an impressive 60.5%, propelling the visitors to a 51-21 halftime lead.

The Highlanders tightened their defense in the second half, limiting Arcadia to only 37 points in the final 20 minutes, but struggled from the floor themselves, shooting only 25.9%.

The loss drops the Highlanders to 0-3 on the season. They will play host to conference foe Marywood University next monday, December 2nd.
