TOCCOA, GA - The Women's Basketball team got their first win of the season on Saturday with a 60-47 win over Piedmont Baptist College in the second game of the Toccoa Falls College Tournament.

The win marks the first for 1st year Head Coach Ed Howell, who is probably delighted but more so for his team. The victory gives some much needed confidence to a team still trying to find it's feet in the early season. With a new coach, system, and faces in the squad, getting that first win certainly helps in the process of finding your identity as a team.

The women play next on Tuesday, November 22, as they play host to Penn State-Abington. Tip-off is schedule for 6pm.
