PBU Rebounds During Thursday Win

LANGHORNE, PA - Following a three game skid, the Crimson Eagles returned to winning form Thursday evening, rolling past Washington Bible College in shutout fashion.

PBU dominated from the outset, putting up a .333 hitting clip for the match - a number that signals their best mark of the season. The host group also put up a record number in the ace department, pummeling the Cougars with 16 perfect serves.

The Crimson Eagles ultimately won by scores of 25-8, 25-12, 25-9.

Washington managed just eight combined kills for the match while hitting at a -.075 percentage throughout the three game set.

Seven players managed at least two or more kills for the outing for PBU, led by seven from Lindsay Dager. Erika Catalano added a career high six aces throughout the contest to go along with six digs.

The Crimson Eagles improve to 9-13 on the season.

The group will get back into action on Saturday during a date with Cedar Crest College on the road. Game time is 11:00 am.
