BETHLEHEM, PA - For the second straight match the women's volleyball team was blanked during a road loss, this time coming at the hands of non-conference foe Moravian University.
Minus a second set heavyweight battle, the Greyhounds all-but rolled to their ninth win of the season Tuesday, downing the Crimson Eagles by scores of 25-16, 30-28, 25-12.
Kay Lynn Zeiset notched a game high mark of 18 digs for PBU while Tanya Jendrek added 13. Carly Plank added a nine kill, six dig effort and Rebekah Morrison chipped in with seven kills while hitting at a .385 clip.
The volleyball team falls to 10-8 on the year with the loss while Moravian moves to 9-10.
The Crimson Eagles will get back into conference action on Thursday, taking on the College of Notre Dame in Maryland at 7:00 pm.
