During a contest that saw every Crimson Eagle player find the scoring column, PBU cruised into the East Region Championship, disposing of visiting Davis College by a final margin of 85-28. It marks the third straight season that PBU has advanced to the title bout by virtue of a win over the Falcons.

Wasting no time, the Crimson Eagles sprinted out to a 13-0 edge in the first five minutes of play. PBU would soon amass a 27-6 advantage fifteen minutes into the opening period and would eventually build up a 34 point edge by the intermission.

The back end of play was nearly identical. The Crimson Eagles would go on a 12-0 spurt to open the half and would eventually outscore Davis 39-16 during the period to walk away with the 57 point win.

PBU shot a season-high 57.6 percent from the floor that included a five for 12 effort from downtown. The Falcons, meanwhile, were limited to just 22.9 percent shooting for the game and were hindered with 26 turnovers on the offensive end.

Senior guard Summer Mullen - who's averaging 18.7 points per game over the past six contests - pumped in 17 points on the night while sophomore Lisa Garner added her first career double-double with 13 points and 10 boards. Linsdey Fornwalt and Allison Montgomery added 12 and 10 points, respectively.

The win places top-seeded PBU in the East Region Championship to be held this Friday against #2 seed Lancaster Bible College. Game time is set for 7:00 pm.
