LANGHORNE, PA - There were no major bumps in the road Thursday night in consecutive victories for PBU during the NCCAA II East Regional Tournament.

Eyeing their second consecutive NCCAA II East Region Title, the Crimson Eagles breezed through back-to-back 3-0 sweeps over visiting squads Washington Bible College and Lancaster Bible College to claim their second championship in as many years.

The Crimson Eagles defeated Washington by scores of 25-7, 25-6, and 25-14 in their most lopsided triumph of the season during the opening round, and followed up with a convicing 3-0 rout of Lancaster in the title bout, winning by scores of 25-15, 25-18, 25-11.

PBU will turn their attention back to CSAC play as the team will compete in their final conference contest of the season this Saturday against Marywood University. The Crimson Eagles will take on the Pacers during a tri-match at 11:00 am, and will follow up with a 3:00 pm meeting against Susquehanna University.
